April, Robin, Io and Sapphire and April and Robin’s babies have settled in well in their new home with Debbie and David. Debbie sent pictures and they should be very happy with all the new pasture they now have. I am still hoping to find a new home for Ivy, Sophia, Bianca and Gwen and Sophia and Gwen’s little boys. They could sell with the farm if someone wants to buy the farm with them here but so far we do not have a buyer for the farm. I have received the yarn and roving from the fiber I sent to Fleury’s mill and also the roving from Ozark Carding mill. I have DK weight, 3 ply yarn that is 77 percent white alpaca, 20 percent merino wool and 3 percent white angora. This is put up in 250 yard, 3 ounce skeins that will sell for $25 per skein. The roving from Fleury’s is 80% white alpaca and 20 % merino and will sell for $25 per pound. I have both white and fawn roving from Ozark Carding Mill that is 70% alpaca, 20 % bamboo rayon and 10% merino and this will sell for $2 per ounce($32 per pound). Since I have a very limited quantity of each, they will not appear in the store section – call or email me if you are interested in purchasing the alpacas or the new yarn and roving.
